Detail HACH COD, TNT+, LR ( 3-150 MG/ L), PK/ 25
Hach dichromate COD Method is the most widely used chemical oxygen demand method in the world. The chemical oxygen demand ( COD) test is commonly used to indirectly measure the amount of organic compounds in water. Most applications of COD determine the amount of organic pollutants found in surface water ( e.g. lakes and rivers) or wastewater, making COD a useful measure of water quality. It is expressed in milligrams per liter ( mg/ L) , which indicates the mass of oxygen consumed per liter of solution. Older references may express the units as parts per million ( ppm) * TNTplus COD Low Range ( 3-150 mg/ L) vial tests with automatic method detection * TNTplus Low Range COD vials are for use with the new DR 5000 and DR 2800 spectrophotometers * Chemical Oxygen Demand ( COD) : US EPA approved for wastewater analysis
